Reporting a calculator problem
Please include the calculator name, the measurements and units you entered, the result you received, and the result you expected. If the question involves cabinet hardware, include the exact slide or hinge model and the relevant clearance from its manufacturer instructions. This information makes it possible to reproduce the issue without guessing about the construction method.
We prioritize errors that can cause a wrong material purchase, cut dimension, or layout. Suggestions about wording, accessibility, unit labels, and mobile usability are also welcome. Calculator results are planning estimates, so requests for engineering approval, code compliance certification, or guarantees about a finished project cannot be provided.
Editorial and business inquiries
For corrections to an article, identify the page URL and the statement that needs review. If you are proposing a partnership, advertisement, or product mention, clearly identify your company and the commercial relationship. Paid placement will never be presented as an independent recommendation, and compensation does not determine calculator formulas or test outcomes.
Privacy requests
The calculators run in the browser and do not require an account. For a privacy question, include the page involved and a short description of the concern, but do not email passwords, payment details, precise location data, medical information, or other sensitive personal information. Read the Privacy Policy for current data practices and third-party advertising disclosures.
Response expectations
Messages are reviewed manually. We aim to acknowledge clear, site-related reports within seven business days, although research or testing may take longer. Unsolicited bulk marketing, link-exchange requests, requests to manipulate search rankings, and messages asking us to copy another publisher's work may not receive a response.
